How many servings can I take in a day?

We recommend consuming no more than two (2) servings (or stick packs) daily, spaced at least 4-6 hours apart. The FDA recommends no more than 400mg of caffeine intake daily for healthy adults. Each serving of Study Max contains 125mg of caffeine.

However, there is wide variation in both how sensitive people are to the effects of caffeine and how fast they eliminate it from their body. So, we recommend erring on the conservative side.

For best results, we recommend drinking an additional 12-16oz. of water 30-60 minutes after consuming.
