Subscription Disclaimer

Please read this disclaimer carefully before subscribing to our recurring product service. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Terms
Your subscription is a recurring service that authorizes Panglossian, LLC to automatically charge your designated payment method at regular intervals. The frequency, pricing, and any promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice (although we will do our best to notify you if any changes do occur). Continued access to the service implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Payment Authorization
By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our Payment Authorization Policy. Recurring charges will be applied as outlined in your subscription plan. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription should payment issues arise.

3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified. 5. No Warranty
The subscription service is provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied. This includes, without limitation, any warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.  We use 3rd party parcel carriers for fulfilment and delivery (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.) and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Panglossian, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your subscription, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous billing cycle.
