OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you order from us. We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have two weeks AFTER RECEIVEING your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging. To keep everyone safe, we cannot accept opened consumables (food/supplements). If approved, your order will be fully refund to the original payment method you used (less any outbound shipping charges and return label fees). We do not charge re-stocking fees.

Sale, gifted, promotional, sample and discounted items, as well as wholesale orders are not eligible for return.

STARTING A RETURN

Please provide a brief description of why you are returning the product (damage, wrong flavor, etc.) If accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Subscriptions
Subscription shipments received after your first order are not eligible for return, refund or cancellation after they have been charged, unless due to damage, incorrect items, etc. To manage your subscription, please click the "Manage Subscription" link/button on your account page.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue. Almost all return issues are due to damage incurred during shipping by the delivery carrier. Please don’t hold that against us! We will do our very best make it right for you.

Exchanges
The best way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and evaluated your return, and if the refund was approved or not. When approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method. This can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund once everything is completed on our end, please allow several business days for the refund to process.
